Optically clear SLA resin for transparent lenses, fluid flow visualisation, and covers.
Clear Resin V4 produces the most transparent SLA parts available from Formlabs. With post-processing (sanding + polishing), parts can achieve near-optical clarity suitable for lens prototypes, fluid microfluidic channels, and light-pipe testing. Parts are somewhat brittle compared to engineering-grade resins; structural clarity applications may prefer a laminate approach.
