Our fleet of 10 Bambu Lab H2C FDM printers operates as a coordinated production cell, enabling parallel builds for high-volume orders and fast turnaround on single urgent parts. The H2C platform combines high-speed multi-material printing with a large build volume, making it ideal for large housings, architectural models, rapid-iteration prototypes, and the large-scale ABS production work for which our facility is specifically equipped. Synchronized build profiles across the fleet ensure consistent output regardless of which machines a job is distributed across.

Best For

  • Large structural parts and enclosures
  • Rapid iteration design cycles requiring quick turnaround
  • Multi-meter sculptures and architectural models (see ABS note)
  • Outdoor-use components in ASA (UV-resistant)
  • High-volume FDM orders distributed across the fleet
  • Multi-material functional prototypes

Not Ideal For

  • Fine cosmetic surface quality (FDM layer lines are visible)
  • Isotropic mechanical properties (Z-axis weaker than XY)
  • Watertight parts without post-processing
  • Very small features below 1 mm (prefer SLA)
  • Structural parts requiring maximum strength-to-weight ratio (prefer SLS)
Signature Capability

Large-Scale ABS Production

Our fleet of 10 Bambu Lab H2C printers enables the production of multi-meter sculptural and architectural pieces in ABS material. Large models are intelligently segmented into printable sections, printed in parallel across the fleet, then professionally assembled and finished. ABS is our material of choice for large-scale work because it is weather-resistant and suitable for permanent outdoor applications, unlike PLA which degrades in UV and rain.

ABS material

UV & weather resistant

  • ABS is stable in outdoor environments — rain, UV, and temperature cycling
  • Large sculptures, architectural models, and exhibition pieces
  • Professional segmenting means no visible seam lines in final piece
  • Surface finishing service available: sanding, filling, priming, painting

Typical Parts We Produce

Multi-Metre Sculptural Pieces

Segmented ABS builds assembled and finished for indoor or outdoor display

Architectural Scale Models

Large volume build platform suited to building and site models

Large Enclosures & Housings

ABS or ASA for robust production-ready enclosures up to 350 mm per axis

Rapid Iteration Concept Models

24 h turnaround; fleet capacity handles multiple versions simultaneously

Outdoor Signage & Props

ABS or ASA; UV-stable for permanent outdoor exposure

Jigs, Fixtures & Production Aids

Cost-effective tooling for assembly and checking fixtures

Quality & Repeatability

All 10 H2C printers are configured with synchronized slicer profiles and material settings to ensure consistent output across the fleet. Parts are visually inspected for layer delamination, stringing, and dimensional accuracy before dispatch. For large segmented assemblies, joints are checked for fit and alignment before bonding. ABS surface finishing (sanding, priming, painting) is available as an add-on service. Lead times account for drying time of hygroscopic materials where applicable.

Supported Material Categories

ABS — Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene

Weather-resistant, UV-stable, suitable for outdoor and large-scale applications.

ASA — UV-Stabilised Engineering Polymer

Superior UV and weathering resistance; preferred for outdoor enclosures.

PETG — Chemical-Resistant Polymer

Good chemical resistance and layer adhesion; general-purpose functional parts.

TPU 95A — Flexible Elastomer

Shore A 95 flexible filament for grippers, seals, and damping elements.

PLA (Standard)

Fast, clean prototyping — indoor use only; not suitable for elevated temperatures.
