High Temp Resin V2
Highest HDT SLA resin for near-autoclave thermal testing jigs.
High Temp Resin V2 holds the highest heat deflection temperature of any Formlabs photopolymer at 238 °C under 0.455 MPa load. This makes it uniquely capable for thermal testing fixtures, soldering jigs, and flow visualisation models used in high-temperature processes. Parts are very stiff (modulus ~3300 MPa) but brittle; careful geometry design is necessary to avoid fracture.
