TPU 95A — FDM Flexible
Shore 95A flexible FDM filament for grippers, seals, and vibration pads.
TPU 95A is a thermoplastic polyurethane FDM filament with Shore A 95 hardness — slightly firmer than SLS TPU 88A. It can withstand significant deformation and return to its original shape, making it suitable for grippers, seals, and vibration-dampening mounts. FDM processing introduces anisotropy; critical flex parts may benefit from SLS TPU 88A for isotropic properties.
