TPU 88A — Flexible Elastomer
Rubber-like SLS elastomer for seals, grippers, and wearable components.
TPU 88A is a thermoplastic polyurethane powder processed via SLS, producing parts with rubber-like flexibility, abrasion resistance, and 170% elongation at break. Unlike flexible FDM filaments, SLS TPU 88A is support-free and can produce intricate flexible lattice structures, ovoid seals, and complex gasket shapes in a single build without assembly. The 88 Shore A hardness provides a firm but compressible tactile response.
